From beginning to end, the entire engagement ring process is customised to suit your exact wants and needs.
Complimentary Consultation
Begin your journey with a complimentary video or phone call, where we will get to know you and learn about your bespoke piece dreams. Whether you are crystal clear on what you are looking for or seeking guidance, our consultations are designed to clarify your vision. Following this we get to work creating your custom design concept.
Concept Refinement & Diamond Selection
To discuss your bespoke design, and make any adjustments before producing your CAD (computer-aided design) model, we invite you to our Hatton Garden studio to be a part of the creation of your piece.
We curate a selection of diamonds from around the world, ensuring every option is a reflection of our commitment to our standards and your vision.
After finalising the design, a 3D wax model of your future piece is created for you to try on.
Your Bespoke Creation
Your piece is then brought to life in our London workshop, handcrafted by master craftsmen and overseen by Hannah.
Once your piece is ready to collect, we present it to you in one of our beautifully crafted Dove House boxes, along with your insurance valuation, GIA certificate and care card.
We are always on hand to clean or polish it and are happy to provide a complimentary ring resizes within the first six months should you need it.
